The quote tool

The quote tool requests your gender, birth date, self-assessed health, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term length. Those answers go to a quoting service run by the carriers' application platform for rate quotes, and are not stored here. No name, address, phone, or email needed to see quotes. Identical requests may be served from a quick cache to avoid bothering the quoting service again.

Applying

Applying takes you to the carriers' secure application platform using your quote answers to pre-fill the form. From there, you're under that platform's privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), administers your application.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, your preferred contact method, a topic, and your message. It's sent to the agency by email; we use your email address as the reply-to. This site doesn't keep a copy, doesn't maintain a message database, and doesn't log contents. A brief anti-abuse check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

We count page views using first-party, cookie-free analytics delivered from this domain. No cookies or tracking IDs, your IP address is partially masked before we store it, we remove the referring page's query string, and raw logs are deleted after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control headers skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We don't sell or share personal information, run advertising trackers, or load third-party analytics. The only third-party code on this site is the carriers' application platform, which only loads if you navigate to the application page.
