Monthly price is what each carrier charges for your selected amount, term, and health class, paid each month. Rate class is the underwriting tier the quote assumes; the carrier checks it after underwriting. Exam shows whether the carrier expects a medical exam; many programs skip it for qualified applicants. A.M. Best is that carrier's financial strength rating.
